Albrecht Thomas Huber hat an der Bucerius Law School in Hamburg Rechtswissenschaften in Hamburg studiert und am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht Hamburg sein Referendariat u.a. mit Stationen beim Bundeswirtschaftsministerium in Berlin, Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt am Main und Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg absolviert. Seine Promotion im Gesellschaftsrecht an der Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main wurde von Professor Dr. Johannes Adolff, LL.M. (Cambridge) betreut.
